We attempted to hold the 2007 Annual meeting on Thursday, December 7, 2007.  Unfortunately, we were a mere 59 home owners shy of the 66 we needed to reach quorum (which represents 30% of the homes in the community).  As a result, we could not call the meeting to order, to elect the 2008 Board of Directors.

We have tentatively scheduled the meeting for Thursday, January 24, 2008.  Per the governing rules, provided at least one person attends that meeting (which is pretty likely, given that there are currently five people on the Board), we will have quorum, and will therefore be able to elect the new Board.

The January meeting will likely be at either Julius West or the new Rockville Library.  Please check back here as the date approaches for updates.
