1.  Whatever happened with the monopole?

On June 15, 2007, Dr. Weast, Superintendent of Schools, sent a memo denying T-Mobile the lease for the monopole to be installed at Julius West.

2.  What are you doing about the drag racing that goes on between 10 pm and 3 am?

The Board is exploring options to curb this dangerous activity.  We've discussed speed bumps and humps, traffic circles, changing the speed limit (down, not up), installing speed-triggered stuffed-deer launchers, and asking the Rockville police to park their speed-camera mini-van on our streets.  We don't want to change the character of our community, but we also don't want to put ourselves and our small children at risk of being hurt or killed.

3.  I'd like to spruce up my railing.  May I paint it green?

Doubtful.  Any changes to the exterior of your house (siding, railing, paint color, garage door, front door, windows, fencing, etc) must be approved by the Architectural and Environmental Preservation Committee.  Please read the rules, and then submit a request for approval.  (yes, we're working to get more legible versions of the documents online.)

4.  Okay.  How about white?

Nope.  The official color of Rose Hill Falls woodwork is called "Alcoa Almond".
